- Cancellations:
- No refunds or cancellations after registration.
- Transfers: One-time transfer to another class allowed if requested 7+ days before the start date; no transfers thereafter.
- Missed Classes: Make up classes are honored, but must be scheduled in advance.
- Notification: All requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
